Nashville here we come.

First I’d like to appologize for the hair blog. I just ran out of the energy that attempted humor requires.

Now for some real, honest news.

You now have among your friends a soon-to-be Nashville recording artist. (This statement assumes that my friends are the only ones that read this blog. If you’ve stumbled across this and don’t know me, I’m so sorry. You’ve clearly lost your way and ended up on this dusty side road quite a ways off the Information Superhighway. Click here to get back on the interstate. If you’re not a friend and are just out look for one, may I suggest a ChiaPet. And, while we’re digressing, may I just offer the observation that David Crowder would make a fantastic Chia.)

Dustin, Dave and I are heading to Nashville to work on tracks for the upcoming, unnamed EP by an unnamed band.

We’ll be in Nashville April 11-15 so sometime after that we should have some musical clips drifiting your way.

Disclaimer: While we are touring Masterfonics (a big studio), we’re recording at a friend’s home studio (a somewhat smaller studio).

Caleb Nei is the Worship Arts Director at Emmaus Church in Berryville. He also teaches at least 40 piano lessons each week, is a member of the band Stereoreel, plays piano jazz at a couple of restaurants when Stereoreel isn’t playing, has three children, one wife and loves where God has him. He has a degree in church music from Huntington University and has studied jazz at Shenandoah University. He has no additional hobbies because he’s one of those people who have been able to get a job doing what he’d do for free anyway.
